With today's ticketing systems, there are many problems associated with fraud, overpricing, and a lack of information for hosts, artists, and customers. It's difficult to verify if a ticket is genuine, if someone else has a copy, and how many tickets are available for sale. Artists miss out on royalties from secondary sales and lack user-friendly ways to communicate with their fans.
